XPG Gammix S11 Pro & SX8200 Pro SSDs
Targeted at gamers, the XPG Gammix S11 Pro is an apparent upgrade from the ADATA XPG Gammix S11. The former boasts of almost the same features as the earlier SSD; however, according to the company, the new SSD’s sequential read and write performance rates have been improved to 3,500MB/s and 3,000MB/s respectively. Its distinctive red and black heatsink is touted to reduce operating temperatures by up to 19 degrees Celsius. It sports “second generation 3D NAND” with support for PCIe 3.0 x4 interface and NVme 1.3. The drive supports LDPC (Low-Density Parity-Check) error correcting code technology that will improve data transfer accuracy for “longer SSD lifespan”.
