Bloomberg has released more information on the 2018 iPhone lineup which include the possibility of a dual-SIM model for some markets.
According to its sources, Apple is considering to offer a dual-SIM model of the 6.5-inch OLED iPhone in some markets. The dual-SIM feature is still under review and Apple might substitute it with eSIM technology, which allows the iPhone to connect to multiple networks without the need for a removable SIM card. Adoption of eSIM technology for phones has been stalled as telcos around the world are reluctant to support it.
