Samsung’s Galaxy S20 Ultra could have as much as 16GB of RAM

We’re less than a month away from the launch of Samsung’s Galaxy S20 smartphone, and we already know quite a bit about the phone, such as the rumoured under-display fingerprint scanner and 120Hz display. There are expected to be a few variants of the phone, including a super high-end Ultra model that will be kitted with the best possible specifications. What exactly does that mean? If XDA’s Max Weinbach is to be believed, the Ultra could have as much as 16GB of RAM – as much as a desktop gaming PC – and a 108-megapixel main camera that uses Samsung’s crazy image sensor.
